Pickup and delivery policy

Bengaluru. Whether we can collect from a particular address is shown when you check it.

Every day, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The last pickup is at 3:30 PM, so your clothes can come back before we close. You can book a pickup for now or for a later time that day.

1. Book on tuxy.in and confirm your address.
2. Our rider comes to your door, takes your clothes in a Tuxy bag, and gives you the bag’s number.
3. Please hand over clothes with pockets emptied.

We count your clothes and tag every piece with your order number. We send you the count and the final total before we start ironing, along with any damage we can see, and we do not start until you confirm. While we wait for you, the 90-minute clock pauses. Then we iron, fold and pack your clothes.

For an order of up to 12 garments, we bring your clothes back within 90 minutes of pickup. For a bigger order, we tell you the return time before pickup, and that time is our promise. You can follow your order’s progress in your booking message. If we are late, the order is free: see late returns.

• At pickup: our rider calls you and waits up to 5 minutes. If we cannot reach you, the pickup is cancelled at no charge and you can book again.
• At return: our rider calls you and waits up to 5 minutes. If we cannot reach you, we take your clothes back to our hub, keep them safe, and arrange a new time with you at no extra charge.
• If you tell us to leave your clothes with your apartment’s security or at your door, we do so and send you a photo. Once they are left as you asked, they are your responsibility.

Each order has a ₹29 pickup-and-return fee, including GST. It is shown in your total before you book. You do not pay it if we are late, if we cancel, or if you cancel after pickup.
